PNEM’s training books and their implications for the high school curricular setting for Brazilian youth
Abstract
Anchored in bibliographical studies on youth, the approach discussed in this article focus on the documental analysis around the creation of the National Pact for the Strengthening of High School Education (PNEM, Pacto Nacional pelo Fortalecimento do Ensino Médio); the National Curriculum Guidelines for High School (DCNEM, Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais do Ensino Médio); and the PNEM’s training material. This article is aimed at teachers throughout the country, in particular, those in the state of Santa Catarina.
