Subjects in the Management Team of the Ministry of Education (1995-2002): formative trajectories and academic production

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the formative trajectories and academic production of the subjects in the Management Team of the Ministry of Education during Fernando Henrique Cardoso’s terms. Its theoretical-methodological basis is the critical-documentary analysis. Subjects' Lattes Curriculum were taken as sources and, in case of insufficient information, a Google® search would be performed. The results point to an influence of the formative trajectories in the constitution of the political-educational culture of that period, as well as those that had consistent educational academic production were configured as the most relevant subjects in the institution and in the continuity of the political-educational culture.
